🔵 Cleanning between your teeth is just as important as brushing!
My top recommendations are;
🦷 TePe/interdental brushes
🦷 Floss or a floss pick
🦷 Water flosser (for specific situations)
Don’t worry if you don’t get on with interdental brushes straight away, it takes practice! If standard TePes feel difficult, EasyPick can be a great alternative.
If your teeth are too close together for TePes, floss is often the better option. And if you find traditional floss fiddly, try a flossette (floss pick) instead.
Water flossers can be particularly helpful if you have implants, gum disease, or teeth that have moved and are more difficult to clean.
The most important thing is to find something you’ll use consistently. If you’re unsure which option is best for you, or you’re still struggling, speak to your dentist or hygienist, we’re always happy to help.

Meet Scott, the newest member of our dental team!
🔵 Scott qualified as a dentist in 2018 at Leeds University. He loves the variety that dentistry brings, especially meeting new people, solving problems and carrying out oral surgery.
🔵 Outside the practice, Scott is always ready for an adventure. He enjoys travelling, scuba diving, spending time outdoors and walking his dogs.
